I am on a work visit visa in Saudi Arabia. In order to keep my visa (originally issued for 90 days), is it necessary for me to leave Saudi Arabia every 3 months to keep my visa? I originally came with a multiple entry visa.

If you came on a multiple entry visit visa for 90 days you need to exit every 29th day to keep the multiple nature of the visa. If not you renew the visa after the 29th day and then leave for final exit before the 60th day since then the multiple nature will be lost.
