Hi Christine,
I'm new to Haikou so am looking for other expats in the area to arrange a meet up. I cant find any expat projects/groups listed in this area.

Hi Everyone. I really need advice on Haikou events magazine and web sites. We are based in Shanghai and we will organize big Black Tie event for Chinese customers in November in Haikou. However i would like to reach some expats as well. Could you please recommend where do you read about high end events and where do you usually buy tickets ?
