I am currently working in uae as Sales Associate in a private bank for past 8 years. Planning to migrate to Australia. would really appreciate if anyone could suggest me how to get into Australia also would be really helpful if some one can come out with consultancies name/contact number helping to reach out there with reasonable charges. Please.

To migrate you need to find out if you qualify for a visa. Check www.immi.gov.au for this.
