Hernandias ( Alto Parana)

I am considering moving to Hernandias ( Alto Parana).

I wanted to ask if there are any expats or locals here that
live in that area that would be willing to share their experiences with regard to the quality of living ....

I am able to speak portugues, but i dont have experience speaking spanish. Would i be able to make it in this area in the beginning with Portugues or would i definitely need to learn some spanish before going there ?

Does anybody know an institution in this area that offers Portuguese or Spanish language courses ( i might also be interested in private courses) ?

I'm no expert on the east of PY but from the few times I've been there I think "if your able to speak some Portugues -Brazilero-" you won't have much trouble comunicating with people."Brazilero" is understanded by almost everybody close to the border.
