Essentials to live in Equatorial Guinea

Hey Christine, Well first thing to remember is resources are limited and what you do find is expensive.  hygiene products,  are not to hard to find such as shampoo and toothpaste but deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc i think you will struggle to find and what you will find will be very expensive and quality not very good so pack lots of that sort of thing.  Bring your favorite spices to cook with also, there is not much to choose from here.  Find a good friend with a car because the taxi drivers are terrible and they never take a direct route to get you where you need to go.  There are some good restaurants but nothing great, good night life but you have to be choosy where you go because it can get very expensive depending on the club if you like to go out.  If you have any questions let me know.  take care and safe travels
