As an expat living in the Democratic Republic of Congo, what would you advise the ones about to pack to bring along?

What are the items you can easily find in the Democratic Republic of Congo? On the other hand, what is less common or quite expensive?

Toothpaste, Wet Loo roll, every medical product you can squeeze in especially paracetamol, Shower Gel and Shampoo.

Oh and decent chewing gum
