Its a pleasure hearing form and that you are offering
to help me. i sincerely appreciate the gesture.
Actually i really don't know the kind of information
you need but i believe in the course of our discussion
i will provide what ever you need, once again i sincerely
appreciate. All i can tell you now is about my humble self.

My name is Ochiagha Kelechi Collins but prefer to be
called KC. I am a Nigerian, single and 32 years old. Am an
Electrical Engineer by profession and have worked in different
capacity some years.  My studies and job experience has enabled
me to develop good relationship with others.

My main strengths are adaptability and the determination to explore
and excel. I am trying to learn something new from my experience                             
because I believe there is always room for self-improvement both
personally and professionally and that has been my motivation of coming
to Latvia after reading about the country and their good citizen. I stongly
believe its a place for me.

First you said a good friend of yours wants to visit Latvia.  Second, YOU say you want to come to Latvia?  Whats the real story here, and again, what help do you want?

just a discussion but before i could realize that
i picked interest. I need a job in Latvia.

If you have not done so already, you can post your CV and look for jobs in the JOBS section of the site   Do you speak Latvian?

In your first post you mentioned "visiting" Latvia.  Keep in mind, that working is typically not permitted on visit visas.  If you intend to work then you will need find a employer and have a work visa approved if I'm not mistaken.
