Anyone knows how possible it is to get a business visa, instead of extending my tourist visa to another 3 months? if it does , what are the requirements of getting a business visa? Please share your experience. thanks.

I need second opinion or more about the conditions of extending tourist visa to business visa. The agent told me that either I extend my tourist visa to another 3 months or getting a business visa, I have to leave the country.. (Note : this would be my first time visa extension). And it is $300 for 6 months, $600 for 1 year. on top of that, the moment i came back , she said I have to pay $150 for the customs...
