So I'm working for a Turkish company here in Bahrain, and my contract with them states that in case that if I chose to resign, I have to pay huge penalty.
However, my other contract with Bahrain sponsor has no penalty.
So I would like to ask what's the consequences in case that I didn't pay them this penalty?
Will I be banned from work in Bahrain? Will it impact other GCC states too?
Please advise.

How can you have two sponsors?
If you don't pay then you will probably be arrested or if you manage to fly out of Bahrain (presuming you still have your passport) you will be considered a run away and a travel ban will be placed on you.
