Greetings! the number of pigeons are increasing around the Royal Palace. The roof of the Theatre is covered with them and their droppings. The citizenry is feeding (and enjoying) them. However, the threat to public health and hygiene (not to mention Avian flu) is also increasing -- Also, the slow deterioration of the beautiful and unique Theatre. Can we think of a creative way of protecting the Theatre, the pigeons and the citizens? Thanks and cheers,
