There is one big city Kampala..
Entebbe is just sub-urb of Kampala..
Remaining cities are small..

Uganda has regions, and each of the regions have their own good qualities.
Kampala as a city offers a lot of unique opportunities.
Entebbe being on the shores of the lake has its own greatness.
Jinja same, or more still if you are one for quiet laid back kind of life then its your town.
Mbale and Fort Portal have the mountains and great rivers, game parks, people, food and lots.
Gulu has a lot to offer up north.
All in all, there are different opportunities from jobs to cheap accommodation. Take your time to look out for them.
