Julien. There are no cities in Cayman, by any ordinary definition. There are 55,000 residents, living in one town and several outer districts on an 80 square-mile island - and a couple of thousand on the two smaller islands. We do have good areas and bad ones; anybody interested in living here should read the earliest posts on my blog for an idea of what to expect.
