Sheep cheese

I from Macedonia with experience in cheese making sector and food safety almost 18 years. I looking people who are interested in making sheep cheese. Is any farm or dairy plant made sheep cheese in Norway? How is situation with dairy sheep farm in Norway?
It will be great to share some experience.

ooh, I don't personally love sheep cheese, but I'll keep an eye out for it now and report back. There is lots of goat cheese (from the traditional brunost to more standard European varieties), and I've definitely noticed an increase in the interest for artisinal local cheeses of all varieties here.

I change  my mind when i test Shepard cheese from Vermont. Its made 100% from row sheep milk.
