Question about wholesale imported clothing business in HCMC

Hello everyone, I am planning to live and start a wholesale clothing (imported) business in HCMC. I would like to know what are the papers/licenses requirements for the foreigners and how complex to get them, such as imported license (if there is any), business registration and anything else I must have prior to start selling. Note that I do not posses business visa but tourist (visa on arrival) at this moment.

Hi Sica,

I wrote about business registration in this post, you may check if you want to.

About imported license, you may want to ask a lawyer about this.
But as info from this article of Ho Chi Minh city custom: you need to register with Vietnam Textile Research Institute to check the concentration of Formaldehyde before register to import.
This is according to decree no 32/2009/TT-BTC dated Nov 05, 2009
