This is going to be a tough question, and it's going to involve politics to some level as the area is disputed, and many very much dislike Israeli policy concerning the west bank.

I couldn't find direct advice for Brazilians, but America does offer some.

Is your husband already in Palestine? If yes he can ask in the ministry of interior.

There is a paper to make there, once you are both there, called family reunion (لم شمل). Where he add you to his documents, as his wife. I am sure this is one of the first steps.
