First of all you need to have your nursing certificates/degrees recognized in Canada since nursing is a regulated profession. I don't know much about the course content of nursing programs in Brazil, but it is quite likely that you would need to take some make-up courses in Canada to be brought up to Canadian standards. The Citizenship and Immigration Canada website www.cic.gc.ca/english will have more information about having your credentials recognized. For more information about what additional training you might require you should contact the Nursing Association for the Canadian province that you intend to live in. The best way to contact them would be a Google search for something like (example) "Ontario Nurses' Association". That will help you find the site.
