Hi, has anyone entered Rwanda via online visa application? If yes, on entry whether at airport or border, were you issued with "both Visa and Visit Pass" or "only Visit Pass"?
I would like to have the Visa in my passport and if online means not having it, I will have to look into other options. There is no Rwanda Embassy in Malaysia.

Hi, are you sure ? What is the issue ?? Normally Rwanda welcomes all the foreigners and it is too easy to get the visa. Have you tried the touristic visa ? It is the easiest

Thank you. I take tourist visa when come there in December, but I am interested to get residence permit later, because I want to move to Kigali and rent a house and later start business. I have plans to move there permanently.
I don't know what I need to get residence visa.
I sent questions on https://irembo.gov.rw sites, but didn't get answer yet.
