Enquiry on Salary packages of local construction companies

Hi all, what kind of packages do local construction companies in Dubai give, e.g. pay for schooling and accommodation, medical for whole family?
Would they do that for an experienced senior project manager?
How much would one need to live on per month with a pre schooler, toddler and a baby?
Is the economy stable ? Recession in the brink? Jobs secure?
Let me know your thoughts on this please.

Hi Melime.

Im new Dubai and i work for big construction company in Dubai. Companies offer different packages for different positions. Senior positions can secure you medical, accommodation for you and your family and transportation, other benefits are negotiable to an extent. If i come across any other info, I will update you.
