Watch out for people trying to make a fast profit on offered flats.

I've seen this advertised at Rm3,000, but you can get it for Rm2,500 if you look around, and that's before negotiation.

The lesson is, don't believe a word until you shop around and check out prices.

I couldn't find anyone for the flat so I lowered the price from 3000 to 2500 but didn't change it everywhere, that's the reason for the different prices on different websites anyway, that offer is no longer available.
