Hi all,

I am going to leave Istanbul in February and my rental contract seems to mention there is a two month notice period - which is fine.

However I only notified my landlord via email and I KNOW, from past experience, while everyone is nice since I moved in and for as long as I pay the rent, there will be problems when I move out if I don't make the written notification with recommended letter.

Could someone advise me a draft letter for the termination in Turkish?

Hi

A short check on the net regarding to notification of termination is not found as a prearranged form .

However you can ask toany real estate agency ( remax ? ) for such a documentation ready in their computers . just fill the empty places and send to owner by registered post.

That seems to enough . Naturally every contract is terminates at its valid last day,unless renewed.
