Hi I just want to ask. I am currently in residence employment visa with my sponsor and almost finish 1year this March 2016 and planning not to renew my contract anymore but I guess my sponsor will not give any NOC for me. My plan is I will just exit to Dubai and come back for a husband visa from my husband company. Is it possible? I'm confused. Pls help. Thank you.

Hi Richele,
Unless you have your last employer's NOC, you will not be able to return to Oman - on any type of visa - including, family joining visa.
How hard is it really for you to read through the many other posts in the forum on this same subject ? Please do so and get more useful information on this topic, pelase.
