I'm starting a course this month in Volksuniversittiet-- it's evening course held in the Library  -Arnhem Library.

The Municipality offers free courses several times a year, during the day or evening. I am doing it in Amsterdam, and it is pretty good. To apply you need to have a SOFI/BSN number and explain the reason why you want to learn Dutch. After this they call you back to make an assessment and decide your level and make you start in the right group

Hello, thank you for the response. As what I've known they only give free courses to the EU citizens. Is that right?
