I'm moving back to my home country end of this week. I am registered here in Malta. I need help to find the office in Malta where I need inform that i'm moving out from Malta?

If you have an eResidence card just take it back or post it back with a letter to wherever you collected it from.
I don't think the authorities over here will worry too much what you do but if you are registered for tax purposes it might be a good idea to let them know you are no longer resident and therefore no longer liable for tax in Malta.

You will still have a liability for this years tax (if you are registered) so will need to give them your new address.
