My father arrived in Saudi Arabia on visit visa and unfortunately his passport got damaged in rainfall.
Has anyone faced the same situation? Could anyone guide me as to what should be done? Can we apply for the new passport in Saudi Arabia?

I suppose if his personal data and the visit visa are intact it can no harm but maybe you should contact the Indian Embassy for accurate advice: you will find their contact numbers on this page.

please take whats left of the passport to the embassy. If you can take it to Riyadh since thats where they can do something. for the visit visa, as well contact the embassy. they should be able to guide you.
