To avoid buying bottled water we want to install a water filtration system in our RV for our trip through Mexico and into Belize. We want to get something we can use in the RV and then remove and install in our eventual house in Belize. Suggestions please?

We're not entirely sure yet. The plan is to live in the RV while we search for a house to rent in the San Ignacio area.

Most villages and towns have potable water. So you may not need a system when in Belize. Maybe just a small under sink or pitcher filter while you drive through Mexico.
If you are more rural, and don't have access to city/municipal water, there are quite a few options in purifications systems.
