Hi,
I am Francisco Xavier, a Software Engineer, Researcher, and soon to be a PhD student. I am going to undertake a full 4-year PhD program in Athens, starting somewhere in between January and February, and even though I am still in Portugal, I would kill to make friends right now I want my experience to be full, in Athens, and as an expat, I know I will be in the same situation as thousands of other outstanding people.
So, this is me reaching out to people.
