If you want to check the inventory of wine/liquor sellor in Laos by website, schedule to come in 15 years !!! Website here is not the rules and that's for everything. Maybe the real estate is the most updated on this matter.

Anyway for your question, don't worry about alcohol in Laos, is cheaper than Thailand. In Vientiane you can find approximately everything, many liquor shop, some guys import special beer, is not a problem ( in Vientiane).
