That is an extremely difficult question to answer. Many Ghanaians live on around a dollar a day. You would need to ask a question related to a particular sector. Public servants have pay rates, private businesses pay different rates but most Ghanaians are self-employed in trading or farming or as artisans and they earn what they can. I suggest you look at figures for the incomes of the different countries of the world and see how Ghana fares.
