I would like to bring my one month old daughter to KSA on on -arrival visa. can anyone advise me where to obtain polio immunization certificate. We have vaccination card from private hospital. Is it enough for this purpose.
Please ask your agent to give a sample of the immunisation Certificate, he will give you. Have the matter printed on your Child's pediatrician letter head and send it your agent he will get it translated & attested.
