Spa for Men

I may consider moving to Jeddah soon. First off, I have various concerns  regarding moving to Jeddah soon. 

I would like to know whether there are spas in the city that's dedicated to men's care. If there is, which one is the best and what sort of services do they normally offer? Is it worth the money?

Second, I would like to know where I can get cheap yet decent apartment, where flooding is not a problem and peace is not in question. Would you recommend any district?

Third, what's the best shopping mall in town? Are there any friendly SCUBA training centers in the city?

Fourth, do they still sell Gold even at the current price range, or they continue to say it is not available?
