Please apologies in advance if its not a relevant post. We were dealing with a South African company named TelAfrica Mobile ( www.telafricamobile.com ) a.k.a Wirels Connect (pty) but its been months we are chasing them for payment. They owe us around 3000 USD and not willing to respond us back. Is their any place where we can file a complaint against fraud company. Would appreciate any govt. website or email where such frauds can be filed
