Where to get a balance bike (without pedals?)

I am looking for a balance bike (a bike without pedals) for my son, but I am having troubles trying to find one locally. Has anyone spotted one somewhere or knows where to get it? If not I guess it will be a quick stop to Dubai to get one.

Get a normal bike and take the crank, crank arm, pedals and chain out.

It would work perfectly and then later when needed you can put them all back on and have a regular bike

Don't blame me when your hands get dirty!

Also, make sure you take out any part that might causes injury of course.
