You can get used bikes in Kariakoo on Uhuru street close to Tanzania Breweries Ltd(TBL) they are PLENTY, you could also survey for the bikes on another street just behind uhuru street there around(TBL)- the price ranges from tsh80,000 or higher for good ones, you will have to negotiate,also Kariakoo is very busy.
