I am a new member here. So greetings to everyone.
I have been offered a job in KL. Employer has started working on employment pass for me but they want me to be present physically for it. For this, I will need to get social visit visa first etc. Is there a way by which this travel canbe avoided i.e. getting employment pass while in India itself?

No you need not to be physically present.

No you have to be in malaysia. At least that is what they say. You dont have to stand in the q at immigration but have to be in malaysia.
