Guys,
I am in the final stages of negotiating an employment contract for a position in Riyadh. I am South African. I would just like to know, what Banking institution is the best to bank with, and is it relatively easy to transfer money from a Saudi bank account to a South African bank account. Any other tips or advise would be greatly appreciated.

I am from the UK, but born in Zim. I only got a bank account in the last three weeks with SABB, which is the local name for HSBC. They charged me SR40 to do a telex to a UK bank account compared to SR55 my colleague is charged by his bank.
So I would say try SABB. HSBC is a large bank with presence all over the world. So you might like it.
