We are looking for someone (or people) interested in performing caretaker tasks in lieu of paying rent to live on our undeveloped oceanfront 16 acre property. Just Only 3 hours from the Border. Pull up your RV and go fishing, swimming and/or surfing. We require no less than a two year commitment living along the ocean and off the grid. No manual labor is required - just oversee and co-ordinate projects and be our ambassador with the wonderful folks in the little towns near the property. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. we have several people who are interested. we have room for all of them but need info... we do expect those interested to be living in USA, to have a camper, to have a source of income and to be good people.... this is a remarkable opportunity for anyone who loves the ocean and living off the grid. thanks
