Hi if anyone knows what is the formalities of opening export company in Thailand by foreigner and I need to get residence card for my family to live in Thailand.

Hi thank you so much for valued information, shall I need to consult with a law company to process the project ?

In case I will apply for 1 million capital as sole partnership company shall I need a shadow Thai partner ?

What is the amount of paid up capital I need to bring cash ?
