dear sir/ madam,
I, Srinivas , worked as a Lecturer in ELC, Ibra College of Technology from 6th March,2013 to 9th July, 2015.I have resigned my job because of personal reasons and left Oman.
Now I wish to apply for the posts of Lecturer in Oman for the next semester, starting in Jan, 2016.But,I heard that I can't enter Oman for next 2 years, from my day of departure; Is that true ? Could you please clarify , if it's true for those who resigned ? Or for those who were terminated ?

Hi SEENOO,

Any expatriate employee who exits Oman - resigned, terminated, absconded, whatever - can come back to the Sultanate, only if he / she has a valid NOC from the last employer.

Please read the numerous other posts in the forum on the same subject for a broader understating.
