Not every body likes quartz watches. Where can I find a skilled watchmaker?

Are there traditional shoemakers in town?

Am having bad luck with cheap services. One destroyed a silk jacket by washing it. Dry cleaning done badly.

Bought no-name power supplies for Thinkpads. Who cares about their price, they all failed within weeks!

Am hoping for leads. There must be some old masters who take pride in their work? (Unlike the scammers who grab tourists' sandals, apply glue and then charge 200,000 VND for their "repair".

Talking about watchmakers, i dont think there are much in vietnam as we dont really care much about it(quite luxury with our wages while there are many fees we have to pay ,you know).
But maybe you should find it in some old quart or Ngọc Thụy – Gia Lâm, Hà Nội.

And old masters who are proud of their works all retire now but they did impart their traditional skills to their generation. If you are in old quart, you will find out there are specific names for each street's function, for example hàng bạc( jewelry street) which sells necklaces,rings.
