I can't read of speak Vietnamese, so this is difficult for me.
I am looking for a reputable website to buy a 27 inch monitor in Vietnam. Ideally the website has an English version and accepts Visa or Paypal and can do deliveries.

Just by way of an option.
Perhaps you might consider a flat screen TV. I've been using one for some while.
They're easy to find in shops, and work just as well as any monitor, but with sound without having to add speakers.

Contact a manufacture and ask for a distributor nearby...then organise it from there....is what I suggest..that's what I would do..
