can some body help me to get roughly idea if my present salary is 750 and i was working in a company 21 years how much amount will be there for my service pay and indemnity will be a great help please don't tell me as per reference below just calculation i requested.

21 yrs x basic monthly salary 750bd= 15,750 bd gratuity at end of 21yrs service.
