you can see touristic short term rent on homelidays, airbnb and other websites.
If you stay for few days it's very expensive.
If you stay more you can negotiate the rent.

Long term (> 1 year) rent for a 100 mq (1,000 sqft) apartment is about 1,500 euro / month
