Mobile carrier that allows refilling online?

Do you mean recharge to account? I usually use online service to recharge for my account such as 365.vtc.vn or homepay.vn. All you must have is an online banking account to pay for mobile cards.

Is this with another mobile carrier or with Mobifone?  Can i set this up on the mobile carrier website and If not, could you type in Vietnamese the question I would ask the mobile shop person to set this up?

The websites I introduced to you are used when you want to refill for any carrier in Vietnam (Mobifone, Vinaphone, Viettel, Vietnammobile)

It no need to set up anything on your phone. I will help you with below steps:

- Access to 1 website I mentioned above (I usually use 365vtc), then select your carrier.

- Type your phone number and select the amount you wish to refill.

- After choosing your bank for payment (VISA, MASTER accepted), the site will transfer to online internet banking.

- After signing in and making payment, your SIM account will be recharge immediately.
