Job offer from HMC how long would it take?

Hi to all,

I am a filipino from saudi arabia, i had my interview last september 2015 luckily i past the interview the recruiter was thru IBM and they said that they are sending the offer letter since then i haven't receive the offer letter may i ask how long would it take to have the offer letter to be sent? and what is the next step after that? what are the documents needed? because i was running out of time i already ending my contract on 2016 hopefully i will be transfer before that.
