I don't think so. Every pharmacy I have ever been in has only been staffed by males. I believe the actual pharmacist is Saudi and then an expat may be an assistant.

I've seen it in hospitals (most physicians practice only in hospitals and clinics) but not in stand-alone pharmacies,

I've seen a femal working at the pharmacy at a hospital in Khobar... Donno if expat or not though...
