Addition of New Born Baby on Mother Passport

Dear colleagues,
Allah bless us with a baby on 4th Oct and his Birth Certificate (Dammam) is under processing and it will take 10 days time.

Could any one please help me, how I can add new born baby on mother passport so he can travel to Pakistan in next few days. I would appreciate if some one help me out to tell me the procedure, requirements, and processing time so I will start the work on it in urgent basis.

if baby mother is here on visit visa then (i don't know).

if residence permit then get birth certificate and visit Pakistani embassy to add him to his mother passport or issue new passport.

additional info,

1. new baby is under his mother insurance for one month.
2. passport and iqama will be issued to him without insurance.
3. Pakistani embassy has already launched new machine (advance technology) in order to complete 1200 passport in a single day.
