Firstly do you ever visited Thailand ?
Do you know in which place you want to do business ?
Do you know about Thai laws to open a business ?
Do you know about restrictions for foreigners ?

I think you need to start reading many posts in Expat.com about business to understand this, before commiting to do anything, because if you are not well prepared and understand the context you will take big risks of losing all your investment.
