I am writing this message to ask how to study in The USA and as immergeant will I have to pay taxes also I would like to know if their is colleges where I can get 100% scholarship

Hi,
Anybody that makes a certain income has to pay income tax in the state of Arizona.
There are many colleges in US but I'm not sure about scholarship. You might want to check their website. It's good that you are already motivated at your age.

You will have to apply and be accepted at USA college or university before you can get a higher education visa to study in the USA, then you can apply for scholarships.
