To get a landline, call Bezeq, the phone company, at 166 or 199, can't remember which covers new lines. There is a base fee to purchase the line itself, as well as monthly fees for usage, for internet and other services attached to the account. In many locations, there are other options for phone line setup, either through cable or internet companies. Best option would be to ask your neighbors to see what's available in your area.
