What are the formalities to buy a vehicle in Moldova: car registration, insurance, etc.?
What are the relevant authorities or organizations to contact?
How long does it take and what are the associated costs?

Hi Kenjee,
you may need someone to help you out with the procedure, as you may face language barrier when dealing with authorities. Nevertheless, a foreigner must have a kind of resident permit in order to register a car on her name. There may be other option, like using power of attorney from the seller, but I am not quite sure if it works for foreigners.
